The rulebook
- §1 Claim. One claim per wallet per split, 0.001 to 0.05 ETH, for holders of 5,000 $CLAIMSPLIT. Up to 24 claims a split.
- §2 The clock. The second claim starts a 15-minute clock. Claims are open until it runs out.
- §3 The cut. At close the biggest claim loses 40%. On a tie, the claim placed last is the one cut.
- §4 The flow. The cut is paid to every smaller claim in proportion to its size.
- §5 Payout. Every claim comes back: the cut one keeps 60%, every other one gets its claim plus its piece. No house cut. The next split opens on the same block.
- §6 Alone. A claim alone in a split whose clock never started can take its money back.

The six smaller claims total 0.040. The 0.020 cut is half of that, so every smaller claim gets +50% of itself.
